in my opinion, CBC NEWS is designed more simple than other news website. Although there four main color-black, red, grey and white used in this website, every color is divide clearly and matched each other very well. The title of the news is a little bit longer and more complicated while the news itself is very short and simple, without any pictures or other additional information. I am just thinking about whether it is because the CBC NEWS is mainly focus on the domestic news, they didn’t pay much attention to informing world news. However, although it is simple designed, readers can still get many accesses linked to other news and categories and columns are also clearly divided by different colors. The sharing links are also easily found in both the top and the bottom of the news story.

I find that most of the world news in this website is short and only about one country, comparing to other website which usually focus on the changing of the relationship. This news is about the DUBAI, United Arab Emirates who is not the leading role of the world news we usually see in the news websites. The story is about two journalists were two journalists have been charged with publishing an incorrect report. It is not uncommon to see the journalists make wrong report in most of the countries in the world, but the most usual way to dealt with this kind of mistakes with slight criticism in the internal publications, no one would appeal to law, that is where the news value of this story is.
